In a nation divided by social issues, race, faith, political ideologies and gender, by careful manipulation and design of those in power it is difficult to imagine a people united to one cause. There is a great enthusiasm for the idea of secession from the out of control and unlawful federal government we find ourselves at the mercy of today and there are petitions to that end on the Whitehouse.gov site but is it really about secession? No, none truly believe the overgrown and bloated federal government will dissolve the shackles of slavery so carefully placed on us. It’s not an issue of secession it is an issue of Re-possession; Re-possession of that which has been stolen from us, our Freedom and Liberty. It is not separation we must declare but our RIGHT TO EXIST AS FREE MEN AND WOMEN! THE RIGHT TO LIVE AS FREE AND SECURE IN OUR LIBERTIES AS OUR FOUNDERS INTENDED.

There is a fundamental defect in the Re-Declaration of independence. Who did the research behind this petition drive?
“We the People” is a fiction of law.
You may recall that the defacto constitution reads, “We the People of the United States.” This is because “United States” is a fiction, and We the People was created by it. Fiction cannot create flesh and blood.
See the Northwest Ordinance of 1787, which is created by the United States, which existed before the constitution. [* "Officially titled An Ordinance for the Government of the Territory of the United States..."] The Northwest Ordinance of 1787 establishes districts, perhaps the very same districts where our birth certificates are registered, today.
I think they’ll have a laugh when the language on the header demonstrates that the signers don’t even know who they are.

I question the logic of your statement. How can We The People be a “fiction of law?” We The People are the fundamental reality in all of this, and the declaration is dependent upon that. Did the 1787 Ordinance derive its authority from We The People? I submit that it did not, and it is therefore null and moot. If you have reluctance to sign the declaration of your own liberty, that is your look out. But you do well to keep your own misgivings to yourself, and allow others to pursue theirs without comment.

There is some SERIOUS education that needs to be done in this country! Not “re-education” because it was never done in the first place. It’s unbelievable how many people think that we actually NEED things like drivers licenses, car registrations, . People are certain that no government could possibly exist and fulfill it’s “necessary functions” without income taxes. How could we trust going to any kind of professional without the government setting standards, and keeping track of those people who satisfy them – or fail to. How would we know if people were “legitimately married so their children are legitimate”, and so that insurance companies would know who and what they were insuring? On and on and on it goes. Talk about being conditioned to a “nanny state!” How could handle those loud neighbors who get drunk every weekend and keep the neighborhood awake until someone calls the police?
I go knock on the door, generally.
Americans have had this stuff pounded into our heads from the time we’re crawling around in diapers – now anyway. My grandfather was a moonshiner and owned a barbershop. He built his home with friends helping using his own two hands, and there were no permits, inspections or any of the rest that. I guess people figured that if he did it right, the roof wouldn’t fall in, the place wouldn’t fall down and there’d be no problem. If it did, then the builder knew exactly who to blame! Now? Put it this way: I looked into how much I could sell my property for, and asked about advertising it as a double lot that someone could put a duplex on, which someone had done just down the block just recently. I was told that I couldn’t possibly afford the bribe, to start with. The City wouldn’t let me advertise it like that otherwise. The new duplex down the block? It’s owned by a former mayor and a member of the local “Good ‘Ole boys group.” If someone has a vehicle on their property that the tags have expired on the City can tow it away as a “derelict vehicle” and charge storage before they give it back. If you have a Fifth Wheel, you can’t allow ANYONE to sleep in it – yourself included. And so on.
Not long ago my eleven year old step-daughter had an asthma attack. She’s allergic to cats (I hadn’t known about that), and she can’t be stopped from picking them up, nuzzling them, having them on her bed -= she loves cats. We had to take into ER for that one though. Next morning Child Protective Services showed up with a very large cop and demanded to come in and inspect the place. I know the cop though, so I allowed it. They had been under the impression that we were living in cat shit and I sat there continually blowing smoke in her face. No such thing, of course, and there was no problem. They left, satisfied. still, some busybody had exaggerated and tried to cause us some trouble with the “authorities.” Most of what I’ve seen of CPS has been a disaster for everyone involved, ESPECIALLY for the child!
That is NOT how I want to live for the rest of my life. At this rate they’re gonna tell me what color I HAVE to paint the place! Eventually, somehow, my wife and I are going to have a place in the woods somewhere that’s mostly invisible unless you know it’s there. We’ll have a garden that belongs there and that Nature mostly takes care of. Plants have, after all, been growing all on their own for long, long time now. We’re both artists. I want a place where I can work on my music, or sculpture, or write, or whatever I want to do without undue interference. The people who work at that undue interference are going to have to find real jobs, real work of some sort in which they keep their long noses in their OWN business! That’s one of the things I’m hoping for out this whole “reset.”

But just so many of you know, the White House’s web site, is claiming there is something wrong with the document, that we are all trying to sign through their site, as addressing the Declaration of Independence by signing the document. As of right now – 1:49 PM, Monday, November 26th – the White House petition page reads 1,341 signatures on the petition. I put both URLs asking for signatures on my FB page. We’ll see what happens. I also asked anyone who was willing to spread it around wherever they could! I figure that if those of us who’ve vehemently expressed out dissatisfaction with the way the way things are going, DHS and every other alphabet agency has my file in neon lights by now anyway! I’ve been writing about all this since Bush, anyway. ‘Ole Brainless was good for a LOT of material… I’ll give him that much, at least.
I heard somewhere once that an intracranial stem cell transplant was considered, but doctors figured that the few cells that decided to differentiate into neurons instead of bone would die of loneliness and an incompatible environment anyway. Human cells can’t survive in a vacuum…

Hi, Jeanne – Thanks! Sorry I took so long to respond. Got a LOT going just lately! Well, Obama is pulling out all the stops on this gun control issue. Now he’s decided to try sneaking it into an Executive Order so he can bypass Congress AND the People. I think we’re really close to the full takeover effort. I’ve figured all along that it would come down to this. It’s Obama’s job to finish the destruction of the U.S.A. and convert it to a dictatorship. I understand he’s just obligated our future labor and financial assets as collateral for a loan. the GOP in Congress just had a “total revolt” in refusing to allow even the least raising of taxes on even the most affluent. Meanwhile Obama is planning on cuts – drastic cuts! – to Social Security, Medicare and other programs that the GOP consistently WRONGLY calls “entitlement programs”. The DHS and other agencies seem to be champing at the bit, wanting to get martial law going, and they’re all stacking up armaments and supplies.
And so much for ascension. I hoped but was never able to make myself buy it. *sigh* Maybe someone else got lucky, hey? Anyhow, thanks for the kind words, and take care! think TSgonnaHTF sometime soon and it ain’t gonna be pretty. May as well enjoy the quiet while we can.

Suzen – I think the reinstatement of the organic Constitution and Common Law would take care of that. The Infernal Revenue is a private collection agency that collects solely for the UNITED STATES, INC., who hands it over to the City of London, I believe, as tribute to the crown. As for I.R.S., they are simply armed robbers. They have NO right to take “tax money” from people who don’t OWE ANY! They never HAVE HAD anything but guns and a terrorist’s attitude. There’s NO law that says ordinary workers owe taxes – unless they want to pay them or they THINK they owe taxes. Check out the Ruby Ridge incident. All they would have had to do was show the guy the law that said he owed taxes and he would have paid. There’ve been several like that, and the I.R.S. will ridicule them, say it’s ridiculous and “… of course you owe that money so pay up!” – ANYthing but show them the law that requires it – because it doesn’t exist. No, I doubt there’ll be a problem with them at that point. Instead, I thnk we need to sue someone to the return of over a century of THEFT!

Meanwhile, by the way, there’s another thing I’d like to see added somewhere: At some point during the whole torture “debate”, it was decided that people who weren’t citizens were NOT protected by the Constitution or other American laws; they had NO RIGHTS, and the government could do anything they pleased with them. A certain well-known document said that “… all men are created equal”; not “all citizens,” or “all Americans” – it was “all men”, with men referring to the plural of humans, meaning men AND women. An ACCUSED enemy, or even a convicted enemy, has – or SHOULD HAVE – the same god-given basic human rights that any American citizen has. Torture is a sickness of the soul, and a country that practices it is sick to the blackening core of it’s own soul! Torture cannot gain useful intel, or if it does , no one can discern the real information from the “don’t hurt me anymore” babbling. Torture blackens and damages the spirit not just of the victim, but of the torturer and all others involved! Torture is E V I L. There is no other word. It’s EVIL. It cannot do good – it can only destroy or warp forever everyone involved! It is a weapon of FEAR, meant to instill fear in both the victim and in “the Enemy” s/he serves, whoever that happens to be this week. It degrades victim, audience and torturer alike, stripping away our hard-won humanity, gained through ages of hard work, suffering and zealously garnered, protected and hoarded honor and compassion.
Torture makes us ALL less than who and what we are. Anyone who is in our custody must be, for our OWN honor, protected against such abuse, as they are made as helpless as any child, and we would do as much for any child. Even an enemy has the right to keep his or her basic humanity! We MUST enshrine this principle in the Declaration of Independence, at least! Embed it so very firmly, so simply, so clearly that no one could ever again POSSIBLY mistake it for anything other than what it is, or twist it into any meaning other than the meaning it is given in whatever document it winds up in!
If America is not to BE evil, then it must not DO evil, and there is nothing that exceeds the evil of torture. Other things may equal it, and some may think that torturing a LOT of people exceeds the evil of torturing one, but that isn’t true. Does one person suffer more than a billion? Isn’t it true that they EACH suffer as much as any other? So one suffers as much, fears as much, grieves as much as any other soul or any number of souls under such abuse. And I want to see it BANISHED from American tactics! I want what George W. Bush said, lying through his teeth, to be made TRUE, and NOT by redefinition! Causing pain by intent, causing suffering by intent in order to punish or to gain information, or even for the recreation of a sadistic guard, MUST BE removed from the military and Intel manuals! I’d removed it from the language, except that in order to guard against this tactic from the Outer Darkness we must REMEMBER IT in order to repudiate it, and we MUST repudiate it!
“America does NOT torture!” Not for ANY reason, not for any cause. It can NEVER do anything good. Never. It can ONLY destroy – the victim, the torturer, and even the society that countenances it. MY country is better than that!

I did sign this declaration. However, I believe too many people will not understand the confusion about the 13th Amendment. The declaration should include the date of the Amendment to distinguish it from the later 13th Amendment. A simple description the “original 13th Amendment” will leave people confused who do not know its history. They may well be thinking of the 1865 version of the 13th Amendment as “the original 13th Amendment” and shy away, trying to figure out how slavery (abolished 1in 1865 by the 2nd 13th Amendment) figures into the issue. That confusion may well cause them to fall away and belittle this declaration.

I agree. Further clarification is needed on that statement. Also, I really wish the indirect reference to Roe vs. Wade wasn’t in there. Not because I’m for or against it, but because of how polarizing it is. It’s just provoking negativity when we need unity, and I view it as the one immaturely handled part of this declaration. I know this idea/movement is still in it’s infancy, but we all really need to start a serious dialogue on how to implement this. We need a plan and we need good, intelligent PEOPLE who are ready and willing to replace their congressmen, senators and local judges when the time comes to remove them. I think a part of the stated problems in America exist partially because nobody seriously bothers to challenge these career politicians (besides an affiliate of the opposite party who is no better) when election time comes around.

The powers being claimed by the Executive by simply doing whatever he wishes are becoming insane, unsupportable! And nobody says a word! He and Holder and his other cronies just keep lining up weapons, both regulatory and physical, against anyone in the country who disagrees with him or “his” government’s actions or policies. Much longer and there isn’t going to be a country left here – just roundups, shootouts, executions, and drone and other attacks on citizens. The President, who isn’t eligible to hold that office anyway, now seems to believe he’s King of America. Congress won’t pass a law? No problem: he makes it an Executive Order. Someone objects that he can’t do that? okay – he just enacts it as though it was a law regardless and whatever agency is involved just enforces a law that doesn’t exist. I understand he’s just gotten some sort of loan using the earnings and property of Americans as collateral. DHS is prepping, buying up MREs and other foods along with lots of ammo, while if citizens do that – for instance if we have more than 7 days worth of food – we’re to be treated as terrorists.
I hate to say this, but without some sort of help and a MAJOR awakening, we’re going to have a literal bloody MESS on our hands very shortly. I love the idea of reinstating a proper Constitution and Bill of Rights, but we’re going to have to enforce ourselves. This government from the top on down is securely in the pockets of the oligarchs and against We the People.

Now we know they didn’t, but we know the wheels of dominance will use every means at their disposal to crush any attempt to diminish that control.
